Our Story

A Tower Reborn in Craft

Built in 1924 to serve Portland's growing industrial district, the Lincoln Park Water Tower stood silent for decades after the water mains went underground. In 2019, we gave it new purpose.

Today, the tower's iron bones house our brewhouse, while floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Willamette Valley. Every batch honors the building's resilience—locally sourced, carefully crafted, meant to be savored.

The Rooftop Tasting Patio

Climb the spiral stairs to our rooftop deck, where 360-degree views of the Willamette Valley unfold beneath you. As the sun drops behind the West Hills, string lights warm the iron railings. This is where Portland drinks.
